Apart from Yoga, I haven't been doing much fitness lately and to be honest the thought of HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING scared me just a tiny bit. So of course I said yes to Lizzy's invitation.
High Intensity Interval Training
After a warm-up we did different intense exercises with breaks in between. The rule was 30 seconds intense training followed by 10 seconds rest where we also had to re-position. The last couple of rounds we did 10 seconds training and 5 seconds rest / re-position.
The class was super fun and 1 hour literally flew away.
I really liked the exercises - not too much choreography, lots of plank-based positions and lots of jumps! What I especially liked was the after-class treat: A Super Green Lizzy's All Natural!
