Pancakes! An all-time favorite. And one which doesn't necessarily have to rime with empty carbs & sugar overload.
I often come across pictures of Protein Pancakes on Instagram and the other day I came across Coconut Pancakes. They looked so yummy and I absolutely love coconut! So I decided to make my own and more healthier version of Coconut Pancakes:
Coconutty Protein Pancakes!
Flourless, sugarless & very addictive
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup of water
1 cup natural shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
A splash of acacia honey
(add protein powder for extra protein)
Mix well and fry in coconut oil. Serve with fruit, yoghurt or melted dark chocolate
